No, this is a built-in game mechanic
It can’t be a bug since to archive this you must use all the luck you have in your entire life
too powerfull for the ease with which it can be obtained imo
it's extra hard to get. you need a lot of luck. I spent a lot of time for this
honesty imagine if you had 6 emblems in a game, you kinda are guaranteed to win the game, with only 3 you can get 10 Eldrich and thats already a win
