Got that Fusso!. Best setup i have seen, no bullshit. No clutter, no hoarding. Very well organized! I see so many setups where they just stuff everything to where you can't find anything, and everything falls out when they open the rear
Definitely which is what i didnt want and i plan on the 20201 setup being better than this
This van is on another level I have seen many vans on here and they are poor to say the least. This is a good advert for your company if you go to this trouble to carry your things around I’m sure your workmanship is to the same very high standard. Keep this up it’s a real pleasure to watch
Thank you 🙏
Your van set is amazing. When you see some online they just look messily organised. Yours is neat in tidy. If I ever make the jump there is the van I would base mine on. Loving the videos
Thank you 🙏
when i was thinking of ways to do a van it was very similar to this along with sound proofing, looks perfect.
🙏🙏
This van is a dream van..!!wow..seen al lot..this one is best oraganized and and true beauty!!
Now that's a setup!!!! Credit due for all the hard work put into it 👌
thank you :)
keith on the subject of your storage cabinets from fhil plastics .. they are brilliant 2 the same as you on the large one i find if you roll your cloths like a big sausage you seem to get more in one draw .. put the large one on garage wall enough space for having radio also room for my box of gloves
WOW that is my OCD heaven, what a layout bud, looks brilliant 😎👌🏻🏴
🙏🙏🙏
I am so jealous thats such a neat and tidy setup I want one even though I don't work as a detailer! I just want this van when I want to clean my car!
Shaid Rehman 🙏🤣
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing You sir have another subscriber!
On the basis of your video I bought the 4 drawer unit for my garage storage of cloths, pads etc...it broke on assembly of the castors... and when I spoke to them and after a few photos they have despatched a complete new unit to me.... can't knock the customer service.
The bottle holders are spot on too
Dave Nicholls thats great to hear especially them sending a new unit
As someone who is about to go into this industry, this video is very helpful. Love the setup you have with the custom bits.
One thing I am bit unsure of, how do you go about asking a customer to use their tap/socket to do the job ? I feel like I would sound cheeky asking, or is it something you do with customers you have built up a relationship with ?
I have my own water and electric supply so i never ask for water and were possible i ask to use there electric if they have an outside socket to avoid annoying neighbours
Not one to normally comment - I’ve been looking at setting up my own mobile detailing business. Much like yourself, I am a massive ADdict. It’s all I use! Brilliant video and a great insight for myself! Keep up the great work - very jealous of the van!
Thanks mate :) much more to come with the can some nice changes due once normality returns
Nice professional setup in your van.
Nick Rendell thanks
Just bought myself a caddy, after watching this... I have a lot of catching up to do! Great video!
Mitchell's Detailing awesome, lots of new changes to come to the van soon aswell
what a fantastic very set up very clean and tidy thank you for sharing and all your help and advise love the lockable draws
I think the customer should love the van setup what is nice and proffesional you bring me to make the same ideas ! Nice work thumbs up and i already subscribe thanks for the video 👍👌
Thank you
Very helpful information as I’m in the market of setting up my own detailing company. So this video has been very helpful. Currently trying to find a van.
Awesome to hear
Like the setup.
Ive started to carry a gazebo 3x4.5mtr with the Scottish weather lol. Have also started to plug into customers electric were possible aswell for noise and keep maintenance down on the generator
🙏🙏🙏
Has the Kranzle a build-in pump to pump the water from the reservoir to the high pressure (k7)?
Yes I believe the k7 can pull water a meter high long as it’s connected correctly
Presentation is everything
And if you turned up to do my car I'd be impressed straightaway
Is it a SWB or LWB van
Amazing how much you can get inside when laid out and planned properly
Dave Nicholls thanks dave its a swb
I'm hopefully buying a caddy in a few days and was getting nervous regarding space in the back. Thank you, I can see it is possible.
Anything is possible if it’s planned correctly
You can use 10 bottles or less, this is like most things today, company's are cashing in on people and more the fool to buy it, nuff respect to you as you Injoy your passion. But you don't need all that.... Happy car washing fella!
👍
The more we progress the more we learn 😃 i carry like 10 bottles now for everything 🤷♂️ in the back plus 4 upfront for wet work like shampoo foam etc
i like the way you organized those sfuff, very simple, very neat!
icartwash 🙏🙏🙏
Love your set up it’s so tidy and organised very pleasing in the eye! 👌🏻
Thanks so much! 😊
Bloody niiiiice job mate. I've seen some sheds (outside as well as inside) on here and can't imagine what some customers must be thinking when they pull up. But if I saw you pull up I'd be thinking if his work is as good as this set up, we'll be OK. Nice to see you've got some decent high quality kit, rather than some tat that last no time. Well done.
🙏🙏 thank you image is everything these days 🙏
That's proper set up goals inspiration for my first set up
🙏🙏🙏
I have same gen, and I run a 2kw bike dryer, george wet vac, karcher k4 not all at once but it runs them fine, just turn up the revs a bit. Cracking set up.
Really functional professional set up..given me great food for thought..thanks 👍
🙏🙏
I watch tons of detailing videos and this is bay far the best I've seen,..in the entire world ...😉
🙏🙏
I have no words to describe how amazing your van is....i would definitely use you as an inspiration! Any idea how much you paid for all this setup? Just a rough figure
Are you looking into starting a business in Romania too?😂
Nice set up! Maybe worth sanding down the lip of the bottle holder that damages the bottle. Probably sharp from the machine cutting👍🏻
Good point!
Nice van
How did you support the watertank ?
Greets from belgium
thank you, this was supported with a stainless steel frame bolted to the floor
hi m8 great gear,,..couple of things it ok,,did you buy the van with all the set up, so do you own the van or is it a franchise, and the genie seems a bit big,,is that size needed,, cheers
Nice set up everything well organized good job
Thank you
Hi there 😊 first of first hat down the van looks absolutely fantastic..I would like to know if possible how much did the whole thing cost with the installation of the water tank and the pressure pump thank you 😊
I don't actually remember the full costs unfortunately sorry
Great set up, i think presentation is key to everything when turning up to a customer. May i ask, do you only use the said products you have on the van, or say for instance a customer requested there own choice of brand products be used on there vehicle would you do it?
Lew Man no unfortunately i use the products i work with as ive used them long term been trained to use them correctly to get best results etc
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing yeah no worries, thanks for responding.
So smart, neat and well set out to work easier, superb.
🙏🙏
Is this a normal caddy or a caddy maxi? ,, it looks amazing btw..👍🏻
normal caddy
I find it very interesting, the difference from North America and Europe. Most of us use heavy duty trucks in NA and most people in the UK use vans. I know you don't have access to the huge trucks we have over here. How is carrying water in a van? My truck is a big diesel pickup and my water really weighs me down.
Its a noticeable difference but nothing major ive just built a new van with a 650l tank and its fine
They say first impressions count and it certainly does with your mobile set up , very neat and tidy with well thought out storage . What generator would be needed to run a George ? Is your Henry the lower powered model ? Looking forward to more updates.
I wouldnt know for the George unfortunately this runs it but only just like you can tell the generator dosnt like running it so i wont take the chance now
How do you fix the plastic draws in the van please.
Theres some mounting holes inside them so they can be screwed in place
Amazing thank you. 🤙🏻
Hi mate does the K7 TS work no problem off the generator? read some stuff about not getting the TS model if its not running or the mains
BarToOoOsh theres alot of 50/50s about it but ive personally had no issues but dosnt run on genny all the time
I'm in the process of getting those bottle holders. Could you tell me what size I should go for, I've got AD 500ml bottles and there are 2 hole sizes on WVS website 87mm or 67mm. Please help.
By the way your setup is absolutely perfect! Setup goals!!!
Thanks mate appreciate it altho im looking at changing the setup etc very shortly whilst lockdown is on.
Regarding size in not sure drop me a message on a social and ill measure tomorrow for u
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing absolute legend!!! Can't wait to see what you have planned for your new setup! I'll drop you a message on socials. Cheers 🍻
Hi, you have a lovely set up, has to be the neatest I’ve seen so far!
Did you buy the fabric floors & sides separately and put them on yourself? I’m looking for some for my van so any help will be appreciated 🙏🏽
no it was already in the van when purchased
Great set up. I use the autobrite direct stuff myself amazing stuff. I would like to set up my own mobile valeting company
awesome :)
Good looking set up, very professional looking 👍
Thanks 👍
Clean setup! I wish VW would sell the Caddy in the US.
Caddys are brilliant vans
Neat, simple & professional.. perfect set up IMO love it 👍🏻
🙏🙏
Excellent video and tidy set up mate
Thanks 👍
Nice set up how many cars can you do with a 350 litre tank
3 / 4 cars depending on size
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing Thanks. Was getting a 250 one but I will need a bigger one. Appreciated
What storage containers are those? Or what can I search for? I. Any find any with the locking tab
search fil storage and there On there website
Subscribed. That van is looking very nice. Pitty that many working vans do not have two side doors. I see you basically only use AutoBrite Direct. I never tried nothing from them so far but have been wanting to. Have a nice one.
Thanks 👍 i prefer 1 side door tbh
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing Well, you have much more experience than myself about that. Hahaah.
Hey man, do you have a water pump or is it just natural flow to the pressure washer.
Kranzle k7 will drag water from a tank so no extra pump is required
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing thanks man, love the setup
Tidy set up fella
What's the thing in your bucket does it clip on the outside for extra storage ?
Ant chance of a video on the differences of shampoo you use you seemed to have a fair few ...looked recently on RUclips at autobrite vids they're ain't too many good ones . I found your page after an autobrite review
Good work 👍🏻
the black bit clips on the side for brushes etc so you don't loose them or have to fiddle about for them when using the bucket, its a bucket tidy from slims detailing. thanks ill try get a video done of there shampoos and try explain them abit more and y I carry 4 of them
detailing brilliant I'll check them out .
Cheers pal all the best with the channel
Really nice setup. But what when it freezes outside at night? The car is always stored in the garage? I got my pressure washer destroyed with +1° C outside.
ive thankfully never had any issues in the cold
Whats a decent brand of hose reel are people using? Are they universal?
Nice clean set up, when you started did you apply for funding from anywhere or all out of your own pocket? Looking to break free of the 9-5 and i love cleaning cars.
ToTz HD all out my own pocket mate then you have 0 debts to anyone etc its hard work for sure but very rewarding
you want to avoid any sort of funding at the start. you want to have as little minimal outgoings as possible to avoid being in the gutter by the end of the week. untill you have a solid customer base and cash flow then you can start to look into expansion. its very tricky to start off and it also depends on the level of work you are willing to offer and what your skillset allows you to offer and who to offer such services to.
Rossko Peeko exactly that ive worked hard this year and the 1st year made a profit 😃
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing too many fall in with loans for product and £500 a month on finance on a van. and for what? 2 washes a week at the start. you will never get off the ground like that
Rossko Peeko 100% agree mate ive eyed up new caddy vans n im like i cant justify the 20k price tag when my van is perfect still, done it all on a budget with no guaranteed income so had to get out there n work my arse off
And until covid it was working
Love the set up... but quick question why do you have/use multiple foam lance’s??
Snow foam for 1 and 1 for rinse/drying agent
Hi mate I’m new subscriber to your Chanel. I just bought Vw caddy. The ideal is to set up for valeting. I have a dilemma, I got 250 L tank of water. But I would like to get 18 wheels and drop the van with coilovers? Is your van lowered? Can you still handle the tank with drop suspension?
Check out my other van video with the graphics etc shows everything 🙏🙏
I love your videos mate! How much is the cost of this setup? Not the cleaning products but the tanks and generators? Keep up the good work!!!!
I couldn’t remember the costs top of my head mate sorry been a while
Hi mate nice setup! Couple questions though:
1. When you fill the water tank does it affect the power in the van and how many cars ca you do with a fill up?
2. Would you consider a 12v to 240v converter so you wont have a noisy generator in the back?
ali sater the van is noticeable slower but its 200HP so its not an issue, 4 cars normally from the tank
I have looked at electric set up but its far to expensive and wont last long before needing to charge
Great set up but i cannot see the inlet filter for the pressure washer-- ( highly recommended )
Inlet filter ? For water or the 1 at the back of the machine? If you mean the rear theres about 2 inches of clearance behind it
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing for the inlet of the kränzle 7/122 ( where you attach the garden hose or inlet water ..
( i have 4 kränzles myself.. ) I see you have the TS version ..maybe you have your filter coming out of the tank .. ?? the small filter built into the inlet of the K7 is not enough IMO. ( even though i often forget to put the Pre filter on when i use mine.. prevent sand and grit getting into the pump.
@@fensterputzernuernberg i have never seen or heard of anyone running a filter for the machine infairness. I run purified water that i produce myself so probably not needed for myself
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing .. it does not have to be a directly on the machine Sir , what is important is that no sand or grit or bigger gets into that sensitive kränzle brass pump head / seals. I would use a filter.
Nice setup! Professional job! What frame did you use to fit the tank?
I dont actually remember unfortunately
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing thats a shame. Im abit worried about installing a water tank yours looks secure!
@@tomg3599 always get a proper purpose built frame many companies do sell them
This just makes me wanna do this as a job so much, I'd wather cleaner cars then toilets (that I do for my cleaning job)
Follow your dreams 🙏
Hi, discovered you via Grant's channel 👍, I really like your whole setup and way of thinking. Hats off to you for all you have achieved.
I love the van, simple and will inspire alot of customer confidence. The best part for me is that it is kept so clean with it being black and there are no gimmicky graphics on it.
Out of interest which machine polishers do you use? and are they kept at the unit rather than used in the field?
thank you, although the van isn't plain black anymore as per 1 of my other videos its fully done for advertising
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing ah right sorry mate I didn't realise!
what do you use to keep your van looking so good? I could never keep our old black car looking good with just hand polishing!
Amazing setup. Did you build it?
Amazing van you have there. How many cars you could wash with a full tank of water?
Depends on amount of pre wash needed but its normally 3/4
Hi there I love ur van, where did u get the red holder from?
@@krizea-maeriddell5933 this is an autobrite bottle holder
Nice setup, very straight forward, i like the way you only carry what you need aswell. The brush holder is genius, we use this material for custom counters for clients. Hadn't crossed my mind how perfect it is. Is the k7 you use a TS?
Michael Robinson thanks mate appreciate it, the brush holder works great even that little bit is heavy enough, good friend of mine uses it daily for jobs etc so had a spare but for the holder, yes k7 TS runs with no issues
Great setup. Always good content on this channel. What short gun are you using? Many thanks
Thank you, i use the sutner gun with spigot connections provided by gleem detaining
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing do you know model number on it? How do you find it thanks
Looks good and professional
thank you
What generator is decent prices and silent mate to run Hooverd and a krazle
Very nice & clean setup! Looking to a van soon for my business! really like foam cannon holders too!
🙏🙏
My reaction to seeing your van setup was... W😍W honestly its just detailing heaven! Well done mate and thanks for sharing your setup!👌
Glad you enjoyed it
Without going through comments, the marked bottles are either a tadge to big when extruded, or the hole is is a whisker to tight or could have a burr.
🙏 Thank you
thanks for this vid mate! Just a quick question, what payload is your van, I was surprised you could run a 350L tank!
Payload is something around 590 if I remember rightly
Any links to wear you got your storage drawers ? so need some as mine fly out somtimes in my van lol
linked in the description of the video Adam
Smart setup!! What Size Bottles are they 500ml or 1ltr
500 ml
Really like the set up.
I'm looking at the caddy maxi or transit connect lwb new shape.
Do you find you have plenty of room or wis you had a maxi.
Good work.
Mark 2jp id like a maxi for the bit extra space but same time i love my van
Amazing Set up! If you were to turn up at my door id be impressed, where did you buy the water tank?
Kevin Robertson thank you I think it was from tanks direct
I start mobile service and I have a question for you, what do you do when the customer ordered the service and it is raining? Do you have a gazebo with you?
This is one of the best vans in this business Buddy 👏
Maciej Lipiński thankfully the rain has hardly affected me but no i dont carry a gazebo i either rescheduled the jobs or if light rain / drizzle just crack on with the work, during winter I probably list 4 days work maximum
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing thank you for the quick reply
Would love to have a comparison video between AB products. Lots of crossover and it would be great to hear your thoughts on how they differ and when to use each one. :)
Videos are great dude. Cheers!
Logsi thanks mate, its something i can possibly look at my downside is i dont own any other products other than AD stuff
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing Oh, I solely buy AB products now as everything I've had has been superb. Just comparisons between their Shampoo, their detailers, etc... :)
Logsi oh yes that’s certainly something we can sort and is on the list
Where did you get the water tank? Amazing set-up!
tanks direct I believe
Hi mate hope your well I've just been setting up my van and want to mount my generator in the van like you had in this set up so I don't have to get it in and out all the time 🙈🙈 my backs had enough of that 🤣how did the exhaust situation work out with the extension as it exactly what I'm looking to do and wondering if it worked well for you love your vans old and new all the best mate 👍
exhaust worked fine I never got round to sorting an extension from it and im now running a totally different generator in the transporter
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing did you upsize your van to a transporter. If so why and what were main benefits for the increased cost
@@derekmcgroarty3965 yes upsized for a bigger water tank mostly
there is bottle holders with plastin goes round the holes to stop shafing of bottles
ill check it out
sub number 3501 - congrats! You have now passed 3500 subs! :)
Thanks for the sub!
Are you sponsored by ab or just loyal, got a few pockets worth in there. Also what gun is that
Not sponsored just loyal they have backed me and given me great support from day 1 so im loyal to them
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing respect it mate
Nice van and set up. Wish we could get that VW in America!
🙏🙏 great vans
That is superb.
Excluding the van how much do you think it’d cost to kit out the back of it? I’d love to start detailing and come away from the 9-5 but I’m worried I won’t get anywhere!
Reiss Stevens drop us a message on insta or facebook mate and we can have a chat
Wicked setup!!!! How many washes can you get from a full tank?
spankydoo001 4/5 cars depending on size
@@ReflectAutomotivedetailing thanks for the quick reply bud👍🏻👍🏻 im in the middle of setting my own business up and im strughling with what size tank to go. If i can get 4-5 cars out of that it should be perfect, id be hard pushed to clean any more than that in a day!
I can do 6 pairs in a day but have to fill the tank, sometimes i do 2 and need to fill up all depends how much prewashong etc is done
As small as that was its been a massive help! Thanks fella and keep up the great content🤙🏻🤙🏻
I would sand down the edges of the holes that are marking labels. Probably a burr or something remaining.
worth a try for sure
Dude, this is an amazing setup. Well damn done
🙏🙏🙏
Hi bro where can I get the runners for the generator
Thanks
Is this the standard size caddy or the caddy maxi dan ?
Standard size maxis have twin side doors
Superb van, very impressed.
🙏
Great set up mate, very smart
Rob G thanks
Good stuff man! Subscribed 👍🏻
Thanks for the sub!
I so want my van like this 👊🏽
hard work pays off
Bought both shelf units after watching this video wondered how you attached the two together
mark idemudia there both screwed to the board behind the tank 🙃
Can't find the larger one for sale?
Doesnt carry 5l of window cleaner but has 100 bottles of air fresheners 🤣 joking mate love the set up!
🤭no comment haha
