After many requests from my lovely American students I finally decided to open a youtube channel entirely dedicated to people from the U.S. that LOVE Italian and Italy.
The Natural Method I suggest you follow is based on the concept of MASSIVE LISTENING to INTERESTING and COMPREHENSIBLE Italian.
It worked for hundreds of thousand of people I helped since 2013.
By doing that using the advantages of being an adult, you will naturally absorb the Italian language so that when you'll try to speak words will come out without you stressing about grammar rules, verb conjugations, articles etc...
You'll know the right way because you followed the right principles that allow your brain to learn Italian.
It will be just a matter of time before Italian will be yours!

I love these videos! These videos would be much better if there were no music in the background. The music makes it more difficult to hear what you are saying.

Prego Louis :D
Honestly, it's Italian words with e and i that always get me lol. As Americans we have to really re-train ourselves.

I have a lot of trouble rolling my Rs. It's almost impossible no matter how I try.
You will make it happen after a ton of listening and then by practicing it but without forcing the process ;D Give yourself time and patience ;)
Try saying "t-d, t-d, t-d, " 5 or 6 times in succession, then say "Arrivederci" It the same movement of the tongue. You'll see, it makes it easier.
I try so hard to roll my R’s 😢.
I know! I made a video to help you out with that, you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/MWoIOVYKwR4/видео.html
Too many of these videos concentrate on the "tt" being pronounced as "D's"when Americans do this to their own language. The vowels are and the ch vs ci is what most Americans get wrong.
I hate hearing people say Pavarotti like pah-veh-rot-ti
It's Pah-vah-roh-tee.
