One word SJW, so many people are getting sick and tried of woke agenda showed on Movie's and TV shows. People just want a break from reality and turn off their minds just be entertained. Don't get me wrong For All Mankind is a good show but needs a lot strong male representation and not demarcate men in the show. The problem with woke shows and movies is the writers don't create equal strong representation of both men & women. This series show mostly women in power and men incapacitated .

The show is written by Ronald Moore, and the president, the main antagonist, the best pilot, and the deuteragonist are all women. Sounds like you might be right. But oops! I actually just described Battlestar Galactica: The Miniseries, which came out 20 years ago. Hmm. I don't remember that show being called "woke".

That show didn't make men look weak, incapable of leading or make a hole alot dumb decision. Brendan check out some of the CW network shows and you see mine point of woke writhing & casting of actors that should not be in major roles like Walker.
What do you mean 2000s was not a highlight for music?! You've already used AC/DC, I think that Linkin Parks A Thousand Suns for example is quite fitting for the show 😁 Can't wait for season 4 🚀🖤
Why would it be a guilty pleasure? It’s a high-quality scifi show with great actors, amazing effects and a riveting story, so I don’t know what kind of people you hang out with that make you feel ashamed for watching it.

Granted they don't just all of a sudden destroy it next season or so. Which I don't see happening. This checks every box of peak television. Writing, directing, acting, etc. It hits every mark.
