Serving- 4
Ingredients:
Potato (raw ) -3 (peeled and washed)
Black pepper powder - Add 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder or flakes - 1/3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2.5 tbsp
All purpose flour (maida) - 2 tbsp
Green chilli -2
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Onion -1/4 cup
Spring onion-1/2 cup
Green pepper -1/4 cup
Yellow pepper -1/4 cup
Red pepper -1/4 cup
White vinegar - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup -2 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Cooking oil
Sal to taste

As it's lockdown ..inspite of sauces I used green chilli paste nd tomato paste..
Still It was delicious..👌👌
I made it and all my family members liked it and i use only onion without capsicum and it is very tasty

If u don't like corm flour u can add rice flour it's brings binding

Omg I saw this recipe yesterday and made it today, and trust you have to try thiss, it's so easy to make and delicious at the same. My mom literally liked it and also I skipped the green onions, green chilli and red chilli sauce as it was Lockdown yet it was so yummy.

Superb video Mam. I loved the video. I tried this receipe earlier but of some one else . It eas tasty . But the only difference eas I shallow fried the Manchurian balls instead of deep frying it. But still it was superb and tasty .God bless. Tkcare.
