What I'm gonna say will be dumb but Ig Sparg0 has so much struggle against Snake because he doesnt play with sound no ? I know, sound doesnt carry but its very important to have sound against him. A lot of top used to play without sound like Marss but against Snake we can always see him with a headphone. Perhaps Sparg0 should try to play with sound against snake it will help him ?

También el elegir stage, alandiss creo que nunca ha sacado destino final contra sparg0, y cuando hurt le dio su pela lo empezó a sacar.

Idk if being able to hit someone offstage with a controllable projectile that kills and that many characters can't really deal with playing better.

I was smiling so hard through all this. This is exactly how I play snake too and I learned a few new things watching. Loved the drop down jump away B reverse recovery, and the platform drop C4 match start, I gotta practice those. AlanDiss is definitely my new fav competitive smash player to watch.
I was expecting an upgraded matchup by spargo because he was practicing snake mu with m2k but alandiss actually was better, that first match and the footstool c4 were so good
He was practicing this matchup on his twitch stream the other day. But I don't think he was practicing it on different stages with platforms like this. Definitely needs to Workshop this match up a little more.

Sparg0 needs to learn the snake matchup better
He definitely can, but Snake having Nikita missile alone makes the matchup very scary for Cloud. And it doesn't help that Snake is so heavy and hard to edge guard offstage.
I'm happy to see him using more of the blade beam to disrupt the grenades and put some pressure on Snake when they don't want to approach (which he wasn't doing at first against Hurt until later in their set), but unfortunately Snake can throw his projectiles faster than Cloud can and toss them at different angles.

@@guillaume6820 thats not true. Sparg0 has a very good record against next and it wasnt until he faced Hurt at BOBC6 where he got his first snake loss. Now alandiss.

Grenades are a big proponent, yes, but it's not the only thing Snake players go for.
Snake players rely on trapping to put their opponents into losing situations that can net them wins.
Snake is a double-edged sword given that his grenades can be used against him.
There's a reason why Snake hasn't won a Major in years until Hurt came along.
