This is a clip from Master Chen Zhonghua's 2014 Daqingshan Practical Method Seminar. The main topic in this video is to move from UNDER, or move the bottom. When making contact, the contacting point becomes the demarcation line. The top is only responsible for holding. All moves must come from under the contacting point. This concept is called the "Foot is faster than the hand".
