Edit: I am looking for peace and want to get rid of my anxiety and depression. I always feel so much pressure from society eg. what people will think about me or I have to live up to a high standard and do the right things if not they will think I’m a bad person . Also I have very bad social anxiety. I really need help. I’ve been to so many councillors but nothing helps. Is there a special prayer that will help me not worry about what people think of me and help me overcome my social anxiety? I just want to be immersed in God and forget about all the negative things and negative people in the world.
