And do you know why I installed this learning platform because of my school byjus conduct a common test which consists of 20 questions and students needs to shade the answer and meanwhile there will be registered number in that test sheet we can have it to see results in their byjus app so what I installed after few years they came to my house then everything happened 😢

I cancelled on 1st day earlier I paid Rs.15,000 as advance. But received refund after 6 months. During these 6 months period, I sent 20+ emails (weekly once), 20+ complaint calls, none was properly replied, except one or two time. Till the moment I receive the refund on the last week of March, 2024, I was so skeptic that I would get any refund. POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BY BYJUS.

In 2017, I interviewed at Byjus for their sales position who offered me 7.5 LPA which was huge at that point for a 1 year experienced guy. At that time I was working at a big MNC for an entry level salary.
Right after my final interview was over, I saw a manager insulting his colleague in front of 10+ people (who worked in the same sales profile).
I never accepted their offer after watching that scene and I have no regrets since then.

They insulted me while speaking in the call. The story is, it was a day after my result of 10th. I scored 414. I was upset already. But my friends who were standing besides me were laughing. Even though they were, he should have spoken softly. But that man thought i was laughing, so he insulted me. Then i became a meme in my school all thanks to that man
You should never leave such people because if you do, they will be emboldened to do this others as well. In such cases, you should also make some effort to trace that person call him back repeatedly or escalate to Byjus's team, put it on social media and chase them until they apologize. Most of us don't take this level of action and that's why we get so many marketing and scam calls everyday.
I also faced a problem with them also ,one sales man called me on my 9th grade I don't know who is he then he told that he is an employee of byjus he told that he wants speak with my parents then I give the phone to my dad and that salesman try to brain wash my dad to give scholarship for course on byjus but my dad replied that my son is studying well he is ok he had a knowledge he don't want that and hunged up his call
