can you talk about in todays market where is the best place to start a cre career. Whether it’s at a bank in the real estate division, a reit, a pe firm. I’m going into my senior year with 2 cre internships under my belt and i’m trying to weigh options for post grad. Obviously in this market some shops will have different exposures in different markets and might have to make some team cuts along the way. Where do you recommend for job security and still having the ability to excel your career? (I know you’ve made a video on this before, however the market is in a particularly weird spot right now)
