    You want the shortest ground possible and hook it to the chassy not the battery, seat belt bolts work great, and you stole signal without a line convertor? Surprised you didn't hook the remote power wire to your blinker.

    • @McLovin-rq3ez
      @McLovin-rq3ez 3 года назад +1

      You only need 1 channel to trigger the input as there is no left and right.

    • @UpstateNYhunts
      @UpstateNYhunts 3 года назад

      @@McLovin-rq3ez that’s why the instructions literally say
      “: When the installation requires a High Level(Speaker) input, the RCA/Speaker Harness will need to be cut on the speaker wire side of the y-splitter.Then connect the white to the left(+), white/black to the left(-), grey to the right(+), and grey/black to the right(-) corresponding vehicle wires.”

      Disconnect ur battery before you do anything!
      The fuse is not to protect ur sub or ur amp it’s to protect ur wire so if ur wire gets damaged and shorts out the fuse will pop. Anything before the fuse will just start a fire good job

    • @buckeythedog6132
      @buckeythedog6132 6 лет назад +11

      You don’t connect the ground to the battery you run it from the ground on ur powered sub to metal on ur car that’s why they gave u a short wire that fucking Audi is going to be a bonfire before long

    • @johnbryce85
      @johnbryce85 6 лет назад +10

      It's one of the worst taught install videos I've seen 😂
      Not disconnecting the battery, connecting the ground back to the amp and not even using a line convertor for the high end signal from the original sub wires which is probably why it sounded shit when they turned it on!
