“Alcohol free” really is subjective per country as you said Pat, and I think this really does demonstrate that “free-from purity” is a somewhat misunderstood term. The demonstration was perfect, and a great video as per usual 👍
This is perfect. I have a garden pepper which has a wonderful flavor. Vodka will remove the flavor from the fiber of the plant. Hopefully; This method will remove the vodka, for the most part, and I can add that flavor to my recipes. Plus storage will be easier throughout the year. If all goes well and without any " Murphy''s Rule ", in an ice cube form. Thank you for your video and explanation.
Another amazing video! I would suggest you to make a video to show how the resistance curve of a hydraulic system is shifted to the left because of a control valve. It would be like a continuation of your previous videos about valves and liquid line sizing and pumping downhill.
Hey man, thank you! Have you checked out my video on why we use equal percentage valves? I do exactly this and provide a link to the sheet I made. You can change valve opening and see the impact on the system curve.
Im in this video interested in the scent, smell, boiling and reducing, does make the smell stronger? Or more projective... (experiment in perfumes scents)
im just amazed he didnt start a house fire. I mean, even if the gas stove didnt light the alcohol in the pot the vapors didnt get you so drunk you fell down and caught the house on fire when the pot boiled to nothing and got so hot it started a ceiling fire. lol. so many things.
How did you get the curves at 6:42?
I have added my calculations to the description, if you aren't scared of the maths. Enjoy!

This is a fantastic way to be introduced to the Rayleigh equation.

No more vodka for you!
It’s as if you didn’t watch the video 🙄 There was no alcohol. Centuries of Polish ancestry shamed…
What are the flavour molecules? Is there something else apart from ethanol and water?
