Most of the American cars will have more features than the GCC spec. One common thing you can check is 98% of American cars will have heated wing mirrors (rear view mirrors on both the sides )due to the extreme cold conditions.(something like rear windshield defrost) So always check for the heated rear view mirror switch and if it is equipped with that switch then it is not a GCC specification. Another thing is to check the speedometer if it is in Kms or Miles. American will have it in miles. Then the Arabic wordings as you mentioned. These are from my experience and won’t be 100% accurate as there is highly talented technicians in UAE to replace all these parts to the GCC part and to do any software changes if required.

Also I heard to one has to change the radiator of an American spec car so that it can cope up with the heat in Dubai.

In the end I feel it’s best to wait and buy the right GCC car. A friend of mine bought an Infiniti Q50 ( American spec), he as crying after 1 month since the radiator blew up. After 3 months, the gearbox failed. In the end he had to sell at a really cheap price.
