The Reason why we're even using the 40% method is because of the huge inflation in accessories and the price floors that they've been implementing that us the community didn't even asked to begin with.

Roblox referring to it as 40% method would be a dead giveaway. Roblox Support is intentionally vague and frustrating to understand at times. If anything they'd say something along the lines of "Abusing Roblox's Group Funds System" or "Abusing Item Commissions on Group Funds". Something more technical and vague and not a community coined term. Roblox rarely if ever uses them.

"canceled" is the American way to spell it. Early in the 1800s when printing, and newspapers were starting to get big, it was expensive to print each letter. They dropped L's in most words. Such as, "Traveling" "Leveled" "Quarreled" "Libeled". Just a fun fact :)

Assuming you're British by the accent, "canceled" is used in American English, while "cancelled" is preferred in British English, with the difference being the extra l. Besides that, all other points were valid as to why the Roblox reply seemed fake, cause it seemed quite so. 😭

Roblox can't even manage price floorings correctly, what they SHOULD'VE done to AVOID this was to decrease the tax on which a ugc creator gains when selling an item and removed the price flooring! It's a win win for not only the consumer but also the producer.
Consumer doesn't have to spend as much and producer doesn't have to worry about the *30%* TAX.
alternatively , they can increase the tax depending on how much the producer makes.
So if the Item is 25 robux, they get taxed 3-5%. But if it's 200, they get taxed 20%
love how sharkblox completely ignored the point where if the 40% refund trick was ACTUALLY banned, roblox would've told sharkblox it's not allowed and not to promote it because he's in the star program
The only way to fix anything on roblox would be to boycott them (not buy anything related to them at all) because all they care about is the money in their pockets

Basically the best way of summing this is the 40% method is most likely not going to get anybody banned because people that own clothing games wouldn't be able to get their commission which then would make that game pointless from at least my understanding and personal belief

I just transfer ownership to my alt make the purchase and transfer ownership back, I don’t have to leave the group on my main or wait for the funds to clear before rejoining/transferring ownership back and it works great for me

Perhaps they didn't ban that method yet, but it is possible that they might do that in the future, as it logically generates losses for them. Right now, a person can buy robux and then use the method to purchase one item with 40% off to save robux and spend the saved amount on an item that they wouldn't afford normally without that method rather than purchasing robux again and making roblox more income.
I'm sure Catalog Avatar Creator using this method thing also other game with shopping mall games like walmart. I don't think there's a big chance they will remove it.

Roblox does not send support messages that actually answer questions lmao they only send copy and paste templates.
They do make lots of mistakes in spellings with roblox support. But they wouldnt say or know the method name.

I had several email with roblox support, they never used "Hello there" in any email, it's very professionnal, they don't say either "At Roblox". Fake email with no doubt.
A few years ago I contacted support and they did infact use "Hello there", also "Hi there" multiple times. But the "at roblox" sounds fake tbf

They rolled out a new group update which is stupid. I gave ownership to an alt which I forgot the pin to but I can login daily. I can't give myself funds anymore in my group since I need to use my alt that doesn't have 2FA and I can only get 2FA when I unlock the pin.. The email connected is my brothers so it would be hard to reset it

That mystery plays guy on twitter is honestly so fake, most stuff he posts is either interaction-bait or fake news.
