- in tower defense simulator, i review some of the worst towers you can buy in the shop. we see the gods like the john tower get nerfed to the ground and become bad, other ones like freezer too.

Some of these towers are support, which is what they are supposed to be used as.
Freezer freezes stuff to give attackers more time to beat an enemy, possibly letting a bigger threat get past said enemy.
Electroshocker can chain-stun enemies just like freezer can freeze enemies.
Pyro can defense-melt enemies to make them vulnerable, at the cost of speeding the zombies up.
Militant, on the other hand, is a weaker, reloading minigunner and has no place in this game.
Freezer doesn’t help trust me

Max level: *impossible*
Freezer might be underrated if you place it down in mid-game wave and immediately upgrade it to level 4 or 5. At least it will stall enemies. The main issue I have with freezer's stats is its outclassed by electroshocker. It does its job fine though at level 4 and higher.
Here's some advice John: don't look at damage when rating a SUPPORT tower, and NEVER test it on it's own. Place some other high-dps towers near the freezer or electroshocker.
Freezer doesn't deal much damage because it's not supposed to do that. It's supposed to help your other towers by keeping the zombies in their range for longer and giving your towers more time to attack the zombies. While I wouldn't say freezer is completely balanced is doesn't need a buff, it's not completely worthless like rocketeer. You are just ranking it as if freezer is designed as a DPS tower, which is just wrong.
You had the same problem with electroshocker. Thinking that a support tower is supposed to deal damage and hold its own.

It makes sense, since when you are on fire, you try to run to water
Running will fuel the fire with oxygen
Maybe they run faster to the base so they don't take much damage from the fire until they go there

the electro is actually good at max lvl, it doesnt do dmg but it does stun enemies for a while, also it's called electro-shocker, it shocks things no wonder it doesnt do damage.

@@syurno2220 increased his attack rate but decreased his base and max damage (base damage halved, max damage is 4 compared to the previous 6) and it also has to reload, so his dps is down the gutter

everybody shut with the electro hate because some people like it still.
I mean electro shocker isn’t good for damaging enemies, but he can be useful if you have a bunch of good towers, like accel and ranger. I used electro shocker in the Halloween event and it was very useful.

Electro shocker is actually good for hidden wave, people without event towers can use this to slow down enemies. Another useless tower is sniper and/or paint baller

Electroshocker: Nice i do 90 damage at max and i'm actually a good support, thought using me as a early is bad, but not trash since i can do a bit of damage instead of my old 0 damage per shot, also my stuns are way better and i'm good with crowds.
Militant: Even if i used to be the chad John tower i can still be useful, my reload was removed and now i'm like a minigunner with less firerate and damage, i also can help new players to beat molten solo without farm!
Freezer: woah these guys got awesome upgrades, i wonder what will i get... stronger freeze? good damage? will i get back my ability?
Below: ohhh for you... umm for you we have a nerf, now pyromancer or fire in general can remove your freeze!

Freezer is good at stunning singular enemies like boss 2
Electrochocker is good At stunning multiple enemies
Pyromancer is good solo tower untill boss 1 and can melt half of the enemies defence making it kinda useful in middle or late game (cause minigunners) and The speed it gives to zombies isnt even that big (about 10% bigger speed). Also you can place your tower in the middle or the back and the pyromancer at the nearly start of the track so the pyromancer's effect would be probably gone before the zombies goes to your defence.
Yes these tower are preety bad, but they still can be useful.

Well John most of the towers you called "Useless" are not really towers that are meant to kill, but meant to support those towers that ARE meant to kill. The only good support tower that does good damage are Sledger and Toxic Gunner. The only reason why you should call Electroshocker and Freezer trash because of the price and pretty much no damage.
Sledger is basically the low budget gladiator costs 50 more place but has basically the same upgrade prices, John has the rights on making fun of sledger because people say sledger is better than gladiator:) As it’s a Support tower also
I use Pyro almost all the time for fallen and the defense melting + decent damage make up for the speed buff.
The electrohocker is good in fallen to stun the tank or speedy enemyes
You know, I’m very interested how frost blaster takes a lot of damage .
to be fair.. freezer and electroshocker is used for being a good supporter tower

Pyromancer is actually worse than freezer if you're talking about late game. Freezer doesn't speed up enemies, however Pyro can, meaning that Fallen King will actually reach the base faster than Freezer.

electroshocker gets better on later levels, but it's mostly if it's paired up with high damage towers like minigunner, turret or accelerator

Electro shocker is used quite often, it plays a very good role in support. A toxic gunner and electro shocker combo is a great support stratagy

I know I am late but John the militant used to not have a magazine capacity and wielded an Fn Fal like the description and when max wielded an M60. Trust me I used to play the game and he didn't have a reload and had a different weapon

The thing about freezer and electro shocker is that their more of a support tower because they stop enemies for the stronger towers to shoot for a longer period of time, but freezer still sucks but electro shocker is average.
electroshocker isnt useless its just useless at early game but in fallen or hidden wave its a carry stunning tower that chains alot of enemies
