I think Stewie is gonna be the worst enemy if he got corrupted, he literally have great invention and if they knew how to use he'll be hard to defeat,and since the corruption is sadness and depression mixed up, the only way to defeat it is to show happiness,and actually I think that how they got corrupted is because they're love one got caught and showed an negative emotion so because of that they made the corruption see an opportunity to corrupt them
