Her move speed and detatch speed do increase a bit based on level but if you're slapping the enemy while on top on them (which riven does) then you're activating aery back to back. You can he's not an Illaui main by how much he's aware of the tentacle proximity. An Illaui is happy when near tentacles, unhappy when far. Walking in to a bush with no tentacles? Scary.
When you mentioned ashe being full build, yet she had literally 0 arpen, I wouldve rushed wardens mail for randuin immediately rather than the tunneler you got, and told veigar to rush FH next
