    Das kulcha is available everywhere in amritsar, we call them kulche chole. There is literally 200-250 shops, rehri , shaabey wale selling these in every corner of amritsar. Although we dont eat lonchdey here with kulche. only kulche and chole. Also they Dip the kulcha in chhole and calls them Bhijja kulcha.

    He is absolutely spot on to not share his recipe. The heir is not guaranteed to maintain the standards because the current Pakistani ideology is to provide poorest quality goods to earn more profit. His legacy will never continue in the current Pakistani mindset

    Mahar Daas kulcha motchi gate was not so good too much smell of soda.
    Next Sunday I will try but Daas kulcha seems to be tasty and authentic.

    پرانی یادیں تازہ ہو گئیں ہم بھی جب اندرون شہر میں رہتے تھے ہر دوسرے تیسرے دن کھاتا تھا اب تو عرصہ ہوگیا ہے کیا بات ہے پوری حلوے والے بھی اب چنے پانی کی طرح ہوتے ہیں😂😂 نہیں تو بھائی اے کے حلوہ پوری بولے کا بتاتا تمہیں پتا لگتا کہ اصل حلوہ پوری کیا ہوتا ہے اس کا شاگرد ابھی بھی بیٹھتا چوٹا بازار میں عارف اس کے بھی اچھے ہوتے ہیں اگلے سنڈے ضرور کھاؤں گا اس کا پوری حلوا

    These things used to be good decades ago but now taste isnt good, also the place is so overcrowded and there is no hygiene.
