It’s already been confirmed for a while (and Kevin Feige has been in total support of it) that the movie will be full-bore R rated. Apparently, the studio gave the writers little, if any, pushback on the jokes and gave them all the freedom they needed when it came to writing the movie.

Shit, I mean, there's already been rumors that Disney wants to add DEI within the third act, which Ryan Reynolds Heavily dislikes and he doesn't have a choice.

Betcha Wade cleaning up the timeline wasn't the only thing the TVA wasn't happy about in the Fox X-Men films. Infact they're probably having another field day with the Sony Spiderman universe.

This is the film that's gonna saved the MCU and I'm all down for it when it comes out.
The Fox Side Of The MCU *

There's one of two reasons why Deadpool is taken in by the TVA, but neither of them is because he and his friends suddenly appeared in the MCU. The beginning of the trailer still takes place in Deadpool's original universe. The TVA kidnaps Deadpool either because: 1 - his time travelling in the credits scenes of Deadpool 2, reviving a lot of his friends, including Vanessa, might've caught the attention of the TVA because he created a branch, or 2 - after Loki Season 2, the TVA have now changed their mission from destroying branching timelines, to collecting heroes throughout the dying multiverse to take down the many variants of Kang the Conquerer. I'm mostly confident that it's the second option, but there could be another reason that's revealed in the film.
I hope Kang the Conquerer remains as the big bad for the Multiverse Saga, just played by a different actor, or actors, and I hope Marvel continues to pull-through to finish the intended story of the Multiverse Saga, by finishing with Avengers: Secret Wars, which will then reboot the MCU. It would not feel satisfying to see Doom introduced in Fantastic Four, and then kill Kang and become the secret twist big bad. If Doom's gonna be the big bad of the MCU, then introduce him in the first phase of a saga, and show how much of a villain he is. If he's introduced in Fantastic Four, then there's no time for him to be built-up. Let's wait for the saga that comes out after Secret Wars, probably the Mutant Saga, so he can be the big bad of those phases.
I've never been more hopeful for Marvel's return to good projects. They've been making a lot of changes with Daredevil: Born Again and Captain America: Brave New World, and it's looking to turn out pretty good. If Deadpool & Wolverine is somehow badly recieved, then there's honestly no hope for Marvel if they can't even let their creatives be... creative... or even read the frigging source material?! But so far, Marvel's already bringing back Karen, Foggy and Bullseye for Daredevil: Born Again, coz that's what would make the show better for fans. And if they're reshooting Captain America 4, clearly they want things to change for the better. And 4 months of reshoots is _a lot_. Surely at this point, you can forget about all of the recent bombs Marvel has put out, and give them one final drop of hope for 2025, coz clearly they're now starting to put the effort back in, to make this franchise what it once was... Amazing.
My theory is that The Void is in turmoil due to the mass pruning in Loki Season 2 and they’re sending Wade in to take out the growing resistance and threats in there in exchange for letting him into Earth 1999999

Another thing is in the last movie deadpool went back in time to retcon some moments that made bracnhed timeline, i wouldnt be surprise the tva took him for that reason

They have said more than once its R and disney has tons of R movies under touchstone and other for decades.

We confirmed it since the beginning that the movie will be R, but MPAA hasn't rated it yet, so our movie does not have an official rating yet. Parents (Disney) itself has also confirmed that the rating of the film will not be changed, but by some miracle it may happen that what the studio (we) assumes as R can also be evaluated with a different rating. Some movies have more blood, more violence, and exceptionally they get a lower rating. Anyway, if they rate it R, there is a possibility to make a version with a lower rating (like DP2), but we're aiming for R :))

The thing about South making fun of Kathleen is that they actually gave her the benefit of the doubt. Cartman’s depiction of her was them mocking people who went over the top in criticizing her; while they portrayed the real woman in a sympathetic light. But Kathleen heard about the episode and was so outraged that she wanted to destroy Matt and Trey. So she pretty much showed her true colors by not taking a simple joke.

Spider-man, all spider-womans, all members of the outlaws, incredible hulk, venom, and men in black disney does not have movie rights to and microns characters marvel owns disney has to share profits with hasbro. Sony has movie rights to men in black and won't let go. Sony has all spider-man heroes and bad guys and reports hulk rights are still tied with universal and hasbro has the right to get profits off microns movies.

The other prperty they dont own the rights to is The Hulk. Universal still owns the rights. Marvel Studios can use the character with other movies, but Marvel Studios cant make a stand alone movie, as they don't own the rights.

As much as I understand the worry that the movie would be rated PG-13 instead of R (despite Disney confirming it'll be rated R), this trailer pretty much confirmed it would be rated R. You're not going to get mentions of pegging or F-bombs in a PG-13 movie (well, PG-13 movies are allowed ONE F-bomb, but I doubt they'd spoil showing the only F-bomb in the trailer, lol. The fact that there's a "fuck" in the teaser trailer implies there are probably more).
Also, Ryan Reynolds loves Deadpool too much to let them ruin him. He was involved in the writing and production of the movie, he will have protected it. I assume there will be a PG-13 VERSION of the movie, like with Deadpool 2, but the main movie will be full on Deadpool humour.
Dont ask Disney, ask Marvel Studios. Disney is just Marvel's distributor.
Disney also has all the say, period. They'll screw anything up like idiots if they think it will get them instant financial gratification. If they do take a loss, the executives typically get no effective flak, then take said loss out on companies and employees under them. Just look at Warner Brothers, Google, and EA as perfect examples. It happens all the time with no valid excuses in sight.
I doubt it saves the MCU but much like No Way Home and GotGv3, I think it’ll be an enjoyable blip among more mediocrity. Pretty sure it’s been confirmed as R rated. Disney is becoming less adverse to that at least, though the other announced R rated film is Blade, and the current description with that one doesn’t sound very good.
Exactly, it'll be amazing, but it won't save the MCU. GOTG 3 and No way home didn't, so why would this film do it? Especially since they technically had to buy this film.
@@antoined799 Most of last 5 recent mcu movies did not flop,so the mcu does not saving.Only 2 recent movies flops and that's ant-man and the marvels and ant-man 3 made thier money back anyway later.The recent mcu show echo is successful bieng in overall top 10 streaming shows and loki was successful too.The mcu is still the most success out there.Deadpool & Wolverine was made under marvel studios so the film was not made yet until disney and marvel got it.

It looks like marvel studios was hiding that the fact echo will be the first mcu rated R project(tv-ma) and not deadpool 3 and marvel zombies.
