Car camping conversion part 1 This is my attempt to turn my Holden vehicle into a camper. Which will allow me to have somewhere to sleep and cook, on my hiking adventures.

Hi and welcome back to Hike and Seeker channel.
In today's episode, I want to share with you my attempt to create a comfortable space for myself and my hiking gear. This has come about as I need to travel farther away to experience new hiking trails.
I can get to the trail head the night before, and my camper will allow me to cook a meal and sleep. Also I will be able to take a few luxury items if I use my vehicle as a base to go on various day hikes.
That's the plan. I want to show you how I make this happen and the items I have selected to make this experience as comfortable as it can be.

It’s all about having fun, & enjoying yourself.
I live in Cairns, & drive to Adelaide every yr to visit family, & camp along the way.
Just get out, & enjoy yourself.

Having the cupboards let's you store gear out of sight, good job. Thank you for sharing 👍

Thanks for the comment. The cupboards were logical as the wheel arches are dead space. I'm also mindful that I still want to use the vehicle for other purposes, outside of an overnight hiking base.
