Morning sir, may i request a Help for my Family in Quebec they ride on a Speedboad going to the Airport and they encounter accident Speed boat was turn around last dec. 12. 6pm.until now no rescue pleased help my Family they are are Nurses and Engineers from the Philippnes and 2 kids. I'm just Trying to email any Agencies who can help before its too late.. Thank very much pleased help them..
