Omg get rid of that aggressive long tail before she seriously hurts someone!! The smallest/most trivial things piss her off. Mom is not mean to her, all she did was try to adjust her towel. The humans should not be walking on egg shells around their pet or changing their behavior to avoid Shally getting aggressive. They need to get rid of her!!
I agree with you. This tree rat should be in the forest. Her constant screaming, her hitting the Mom, her aggression is getting worse. She will hurt one of them one day, then she will disappear. They are allowing her to run the show which should never be.
