From May 3-9, we joined CPKC to celebrate the merger between Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern as 2816 tours Canada, US, and Mexico. See The Empress and its train travel along the Mississippi River from St. Paul, Minnesota to Portage, Wisconsin on Day 1 followed by familiar territory along the Watertown Subdivision and the C&M Subdivision heading along our hometown territory as it heads towards Bensenville Yard in Chicago before following the train along the D&I from Bensenville to Davenport, Iowa making this trip extra special as The Empress continues its cross country journey to Mexico.
