I made this exactly as Ruby ji showed in this video, believe me, it turned out excellent not too sticky perfect sweetness from gur and each dana of lapsi was so chewy. When I told my mom she said this is the original recipe my grandmother used to make also known as kansar. Thank you again!

No do not wash, wheat always washed up before going thru the process of make flours(roti ka Aata) or dalya, maidaa kind of stuff.❤
