I'm REALLY late, but, to dispose of a bloody weapon, you need to wash them on the sinks of one of the bathrooms upstairs. (there is the male and female bathrooms, you can do that in both). And to clean blood stains, you have to use the mop to clean it up, which can be found in the female's bathroom. To wash away your bloody clothes there is a changing room next to the gym, where you can take a bath and wash the blood away.
