Dayz can damage your central nervous system and can trigger other health issues. It’s very immersive. When the adrenaline kicks in your brain can’t differentiate anymore if it is a real life threat scenario or not and in the long run it can harm your fear receptors and can cause/trigger ptsd symptoms and anxiety disorders!
