Hey man, thanks for everything you do. It's been a year and three-month journey to get my mobility back and I'm still not there, but every day a little better and a little less compromised. Keep doing your thing...thank you thank you
Thank you. Would appreciate more videos like this that take a wider audience into account rather than those built in a specific to excel in an exercise (ex short femur to torso ratio for squat). 💪👍thank you
Ky Gems i’ve been doing his hip and ankle prescriptions in deskbound and although i’ve seen a lot of hip mobility improvement, i’ve seen no ankle; if improved your dorsiflexion please tell me how you did it
people dont put much effort in improving this range of motion on ankle joint - do plenty of calf stretches and raises on steps and also get those knees over those toes (check out the kneesovertoesguy here on youtube, put the effort in and you will surprise yourself in a relatively short amount of time)
Cueing is "movement specific" rather than "position specific" ... I would think. I like the foot cueing ideas, but if one has horrible hip control, does cueing the feet help overcome this regardless position? Thoughts? Thanks for your content - love it.
Aren’t they linked forever? He’s saying you can actually turn the feet out a bit as long as you keep the “triangle” of pressure, or contact between the three points he outlined and the floor. Hope this helps even though it’s late
Hi KStarr, I would love to hear a video on improving foot strength. Listened to Mark Bells power project eps with Chris Duffin and also Cal Dietz, and they were both talking about it, but besides going barefoot, not much advice on how to improve.

Does anyone watch this think " I lost him 00:10 and how the hell am I failing at regular body movements?"
I love this, how do I adapt it for athletes with flat feet that can’t fully control their arch?

You must become a "supple leopard"

Jaan Stra your bones will keep you from gaining any ROM. As far as ankle mobility goes you kinda have what you have to some extent
