You should visit Hitech City and Gachibowli if you want to see modern Hyderabad and use metro as it is air conditioned and will be much faster....dont have to walk so much in traffic

Next time you are in hyderabad go to these places: Faluknama Palace Ramoji Film city Charminar - hunt for patar ka gosh Try irani chai and biryani at Pista house. Salarjung museum. Birla Mandir - a beautiful 360 view of the city. Have a blast while you are in india. Visit some hidden gems like Kodaikannal, gokarna and malana.

India is not a dirty country. If you have seen Kerala vlogs, you should know that. Also, SL has only 22 million people and India has 1.4 billion. So, all places won't be clean in a country with such a big population. Subways, malls, restaurants, supermarkets are much more cleaner in India than many countries. There are many dirty places in New York, Skid Row in Los Angeles, California. New York subway is very dirty and occupied by homeless people.
