Val when’s he’s about to log off but then John traps him with the custodes question “no, no I’m not trapped in here with you, you’re trapped in with me…while I talk about missiles in my butt”
The way they tried to sneak it into the lore did more damage than the actual retcon. Custodians are also keepers of arcane knowledge, pretty sure they could have found some good reason for a few female custodians to guard some kind of secret knowledge or duty better entrusted to women.
Instead of rockets up the ass vortex grenades might be the winner per volume ;P Good show
the Misters of Battle absolutely need to keep the haircut.
p.s. don't think I didn't notice those incredibly fast and loud bumpers a few episodes ago...they still needed to be a little faster and louder though, keeping going you guys were so close

Last I checked, there are tons of bears and cubs already in the 40K and AoS/Fantasy fandom...maybe not the ones they are talking about, but if we tell them about that part they will probably freak out about that despite many of them being involved since before most of the complainers were even born.
It's not about females in the game. It's about retconning one of only 2 male only armies, lying about it, then GW banning everyone who questioned the lie. GW went woke several years ago and are now in the process of shoehorning women into male only armies but leaving the female only armies as is. There was more than enough female representation in the game and lore. This is a political move to destroy male only spaces within the game and lore, and check off a DEI/ESG box for BlackRock and Vanguard Group.

I don't get the uproar over the lore. 40K lore is garbage anyway. These people should get angry about something good, not the nonsense backdrop of a plasticcrap game.
its not even so much about the lore, though the lore changes is totally disrespectful and removes attention from sisters of battle. It's actually the way that warhammer is treating the fans that is the real problem. We're not stupid, we know how to read, and you can't retcon physically printed books lol.
its more that after seeing every franchise go to rot, star wars included, it is just... disheartening to see it happen here too. when you spend thousands of dollars on toys, you hope that the company respects your choice of money spent. But hey there's always battle tech

@@40kGrimBattletech is fine. It's model agnostic and Catalyst is a poor steward. All the good lore has been written already. There's literally no reason to give Catalyst any money for Battletech and even less for Shadowrun. Also, no one cares if they add female Mechwarriors. There already are female Mechwarriors.
