Long time no see 😆.
In todays video I have a shopping haul of clothes, footwear, essentials and non essentials to show you.
I have been to Primark, HomeBargains and H&M so I do have a couple on items that I try on for you as well as a little table chatter.

You have plantar fascia. It's caused by wearing flat shoes. We all get to an age when we need a good cushion sole. Great video and you are looking really well ❤
My friend thought it may be that too but I thought it was in the ankle not the balls of feet?? Also can it be in both feet?? I really don’t know anything about it, I just know it’s painful 😥 xx
@@PollyPutThePetalOn no it's not your ankles it's the bottom of your feet, you feel like you're walking on bone. Very painful but easily sorted with cushioned soles, may take a few months. Flip flops and flat footwear cause it along with a bit of maturity 😘

Enjoyed your video Clare. Can I suggest you try Fitflops as they were a godsend when I had plantar fascia . So comfortable and very supportive. Hope you get some relief soon anyway. Xx

I can let you know ❤ that setting spray is nice it’s a dupe of mac fix plus . It won’t prolong your makeup but will give it a fresh look . I also like using it before my makeup so you could try that too ❤

I need to go out and get a few summer basics , I worked over Easter , but the weather this weekend has been lovely here in Norfolk, I went out with my mum and one of my daughters on Saturday, we went to a few lovely garden centres and had lunch in a farm shop . It’s my mums favourite thing to do , she’s 86 now . Xx
Ooh Jackie , I love a garden centre . They’re a lovely place to visit all year round aren’t they? My mum is similar age to yours , 85, not very mobile but is never home ♥️🤣 xx
About 10yrs ago i went through a time when my feet hurt in the same spot as yours. I spent ages trying to find out what was causing it and had to buy more expensive shoes with the cushioning in them, tried the stick on cushions for other shoes etc. Eventually they stopped hurting and dont have real problems anymore. Very confusing and weird. Hope you solve the problem though.😃🤔
Aww thank you Gina , I’m not at all sure what seems to be causing it but it’s definitely affecting the bone . Bare feet are painful so having extra support in shoes or trainers is helping . Thank you for your caring comment Gina , ♥️ xx

I’ve been looking on the dogs home site regular recently for another dog. It’ll be a year on the 28th of this month that we lost Alfie and as yet haven’t dared to take the plunge. What’s puppy’s name? I’d love to hear all about him/her ♥️🐶
@PollyPutThePetalOn I can't believe it's a year already from wee Alfie. I got a little 4mth old shih tzu girl and I let my wee grandson name her and he came straight out with Daisy and I love it so much as he named her. She is a just a wee bundle of cuddly fluff 😍. My other 2 are coming around to her as they are boys jet cockapoo is coming 10 and jojo is a wee Yorkshire terrier 9 in July. I still miss my other 2 fur babies it's 3yrs now. I'm loving having the 3 of them Daisy is just full of life bless her . Oh you should definitely get another dog Clare it will bring you so much joy just like wee Alfie . You will just know when you see one that it's the right wee dog for you xx

Hi Clare,i cut bread out completely. I don't eat much. However bread blows me up.I love it but im not gaining weight. I don't need anything more to deal with. Although i will say Clare.I have lost weight sick foid poisoning last year. I feel terrible bone pain.Its like im all bone.Almost like there is nothing protecting my bones. I hope im making sense. Cant win,can we?.
its an uphill struggle Jane that's for sure! I don't eat bread everyday but those days I do its because im craving the carbs. I am a carbi girl im afraid, hence my weight issues. I am currently retaining a fair amount of water due to some new HRT but im hoping it will settle in a couple of months time because that extra weight causes us even more issues doesn't it??

That foot problem is horrendous Clare.You feel every damn thing when walking. Many days i just can't put my feet on the floor. As i say, pure bone.Nothing protecting them.♥️
