We had a havana cabana on the Panorama last Fall and I was kinda worried about privacy, yet there really wasn't an issue. I enjoyed the larger and shaded balcony and loved the swing. The biggest disadvantage for us was not having a rail to look over and down at the water. You've got to look thru the plexiglass and you're not very high up. Being so close to the bar and pool was a definite plus!
Lanai is private - hardly anyone walks by very relaxing area and really the balcony aren't totally private either. I relaxed in the hot tub and looked right up into your balcony
To my understanding the guy filming this video isn't allowed to just walk past the Havana Cabanas if he is not staying there. If this rule is enforced there should be plenty of privacy.
We stay in the Havana...and yes...you can walk in that area if you have a wrist band. The Cabanas do not have any privacy. That's why I don't think they are worth it...

I'll enjoy my trip in 22 days, because July 21 is almost here!

Can I get the wrist band from you? 🥶
The wristband opens the door?
I was wondering the same thing, if not, is that crew member outside near the door the gate keeper?
