@PsyQoBoy if they cancel this one I’m gonna personally fly over to Netflix studios and burn it to the ground idc if I end up in prison, they can’t discontinue this show!
Honestly I feel like these people prepared themselves for a life-time opportunity role. If they made it work they know they will have a good paying job for the next 10-15 years or more.
@@Werkvuur Indeed I don't really know about it haha. Sorry if I offended people who are specialists by using the word wrongly, I know how that feels...
@@WerkvuurSure it’s not quite the same, but it’s clearly obvious what the OP meant. The man learned to kick ass AND cook. If anything, it’s a FAR less obnoxious and attention-seeking version of “method acting.”
The amount of abilities Taz got from his role as Sanji is absolutely impressive for his future... He cooks, he can protect himself and if the show keeps being famous and Taz delivered his all he could have a bright future in the business.
That off-the-table front flip kick against Kurobi in the Baratie was god like. I do wonder if with some capoeira training, he could do my favorite Sanji technique, the Party Table Kick Course.
Dude Heath Ledger style method immersion. Definitely the best anime actor. This dude killed it. As a lonnggg time Sanji fan idek him yet am proud of him. Guy went all out. I am seriously impressed with him and Buggy and even Arlong and Mihawk did well with their roles. This series is A+ considering its a live action anime. They all did really well but for me Sanji went Daniel Day Lewis Joaquin Phoenix level with it. Been a huge One Piece fan for sooooo long and to see it come to life like this with Odas blessing is truly incredible. Been following the manga and anime since basically its inception. It holds such a near place to my heart. More than any other series just for how original and wonky the style is
I remember he was the one I didn’t agree with the casting, at the end dude won me over, he put in the work and dedication to the character, he did really well embodying sanji
That's a real actor. Disney Hollywood now don't even need to try. Don't need to learn about the character. Don't need to learn his moves. Don't need to get in shape...
I hope this guy got a raise for how far he went to prepare for his role!
Unfortunately Netflix is too cheap to pay their actors. It's extremely common in the acting industry for some shitty reason.
@PsyQoBoy if that’s true guess I shouldn’t count on this show getting celebrity guests in the near future
@@17jacoyne Netflix may even cancel the show after a few seasons. They're notorious for cancelling shows.

Netflix won’t cancel this one, it is now the most watched Netflix show ever in 81 countries.
He also learned to cook and would cook food for people on set.
And he even did it in his sanji costume too!!
This made me smile. That's dedication.
Honestly I feel like these people prepared themselves for a life-time opportunity role. If they made it work they know they will have a good paying job for the next 10-15 years or more.
Has the same laugh tooo
Weak. He didn’t bother to take up chain-smoking.
He was perfect for Sanji. He can cook, he can fight, and he's hot as hell!
YASSSSSSSSSSSSS!
“San-gee”
God I can't handle his pronunciation

Sounded like Sanji to me lmao. Do y’all have ears? Listen closely
Method acting at its finest! His Sanji performance was definitely one of the best, and especially best-prepared, performances I've ever seen.
I don't think you know what method acting is, lol. That's not what he did.

@@masamune2984- Yeah I’ve been like seeing it as Taz being like he’s not going to play as Sanji, he’s going to become him.
Excuse me, but it’s San-gEE tyvm
Did anybody notice he also walked like sanji?
Did any body notice he had hair like Sanji? Also his name in the show is called Sanji. I didn't know that... Wow!

@@PsyQoBoy What are you on about? He's just pointed out how good Taz Skylar playing Sanji.
@@P.Whitestrake r/wooosh. Sarcasm just went way over your head.

Taz better have your respect and support for his portrayal of Sanji.
He literally took his character and lived it. Just like a dedicated actor✋
He also got to work on his cooking and he was preparing meals for the crew behind scenes
Beast of an actor holy shit 🗿🍷
I’m straight as an arrow.
At least, I thought I was.

He really impressed me. All of the SH crew cast have exceeded expectations.
Respect the role they play.. coz they have been working their ass off..
Season 2 : More Sanji kicks as he cries out "NAMI-SWAN !!! NAMI-SWAN !!!"
Sadly there are some parts of Sanji that we will never see in live action.
The fight scenes in this were very impressive for a TV show. Haven't seen a lot of shows that did it better.
Agreed, the choreography in this is really good.
the fact that the character Sanji never wanting his hands get an injury is admirable that just show how much he loves cooking
Bro learned how to kick, cook, walk, and laugh like Sanji.
He was meant for this role, I swear to god
His portrayal of Sanjee was incredible
He was so cool! And I love that he also learned how to cook for everyone behind the scenes too!
And he also a chef in real life
No. He learned at the level of a chef
Not only that but bro actually learned cooking and cooked for his crew members behind the scenes
He also cooked behind the scenes for everyone
we not gonna talk about how he also took up cooking lessons and cooked for the crew?
For an actor to work that hard to get the character right makes me think he’s a fan.
He did great. He really brought a likeable Sanji to live-action.
Dudes awesome. He did a FANTASTIC job.
The finale made me cry 😭❤☮️
*OF COURSE I WILL!*
The perfect sanji
Taz Skylar is literally the perfect sanji
Taz is literally the perfect Sanji😌
My favorite character from the anime is Zoro, but in the live adaptation I love Sanji the most. Eveyone is so likable tho. What a lovely series
Taz acting is the best among the strawhats i would say
He also cooked for the cast and crew in character/costume
You also forgot to mention that he specifically learned how to cook for the series as well.
He's a true One Piece fan😂
Best developed character in OP!
The Sanji that no one originally wanted but became the Sanji that we all loved and respected as well as needed!!!

Wow, the actors elevated this series to a whole new level of SUPERNESS!
Sanji (and especially Taz) surprised me so much. Great great great performance.
Im also happy he isnt a pervert in the live action
One piece cast is a chefs kiss🤌
Dude really worked hard to get that bag. Hope he gets even bigger bags in the next season
I appreciate how he devoted himself to this role by learning boxing and cooking❤
That off-the-table front flip kick against Kurobi in the Baratie was god like.
I do wonder if with some capoeira training, he could do my favorite Sanji technique, the Party Table Kick Course.
San-jeeee~
I proud of his dedication really he is the second of tom cruise

I heard that he also started smoking one pack a day to get Sanji's iron lungs.
His portrayal was on point.
Given how the fans hated the casting when it was announced, he really won everyone over. I hope they maintain this Sanji throughout
He's a perfect sanji! ❤💕
He can fight and also cooking *chefkiss 😚💕
He is also trained as a chef !!
i love the live action so much it got me to watch one piece
"He did all the kicks himself, said his stunt double"
He was incredible
Sanjiiiiiiiiiii, will be stuck in my head all day 😂
Taz was also the crew's chef...in character.

When I saw this character, I really wanted to watch the film one!
We may look back on one piece like we do goonies for being the launch pad for many careers.
He did a good job

When i think about Sanji flirting woman, it will be cringed in LA. But no! He adapt it very well, not cringe at all
I used to be able to kick higher than my head and now my head is a lot higher than my kicks
Cant wait for him to actually learn how to walk on air.
why he looks like homelander
The guy always reminds me of the Homelander
