No but its a step in the right direction. In my opinion they should Just nerf the overall dmg in both pvp and pve same goes for healing and problem solved

Op classes are still op and warrior is still on the bottom of the food chain. Every single class that can heal is unkillable now. And yes warriors have heals but in 1v1s u just have enraged reg. I had a tough time fighting warlocks before now its even worse
