Cartoon Network alongside Nickelodeon and Disney Channel will be an important part of my life. Animation will always be my special interest thanks to Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. Happy 30th Anniversary Cartoon Network
CN City and the Powerhouse era was my favorite around that time. Even the promos and commercials were entertaining as well from the weekend promos to the character crossover shorts (1997-2006). Cartoon Network def inspired me as an animator to this day...cannot believe it's been 30 years!
Even though it had its ups and downs, there have been some groovy shows over the years. And yes, that does include DC and Hanna-Barbera themselves, too.
11:10 and 11:44, Well, you can't expect everything to be perfect. There's bound to be afew Bad Apples her and there (even though TTG is kind of a Guilty Pleasure).
Yes, nice, Isaiah! 😀👍🏽 For me with Cartoon Network, I first got into the channel around the early 2000s, same for Nickelodeon, and Disney Channel. This is also has to do with voice actors and actresses, as I know that my favorite voice actors such as Tom Kenny, Carlos Alazraqui, and voice actresses such as Grey DeLisle, Tara Strong, Kari Wahlgren, and Jessica DiCicco who did cartoon voiceover work for the shows that aired on 3 main kid channels. Animation is part of my interests in the entertainment business along with video games (I'm mostly into Nintendo), anime, and among other things.
There's been so many years that I've watched Cartoon Network but I didn't get to see it from the beginning. I wished I could of seen it when it launched. You might think well why didn't you? Well the reason is we didn't get Cartoon Network till around 96/97. That's when CN was finally a part of the regular cable package. I also ended up going to Dish Network (since I wanted Boomerang Channel too) so I was paying for a satellite service while my parents were still paying for their regular cable. That was still around the time that Dish Network didn't have your locals. So that's why we still had cable with our satellite service. But I do enjoy my time watching Cartoon Network during those late year of the 90's into the early 2000's. I too might have a video coming out later on for the 30th anniversary for Cartoon Network. Good job as always 47Cartoonguy! Peace Out!
Cartoon Network moving their Hanna Barbera stuff to Boomerang is actually why I only saw The Flintstones and The Jetsons once in a while as a kid, since they didn't air on Cartoon Network when I was watching the channel (I read online they aired for a brief time in 2012 though when kids were at school). I had Digital Cable, but Boomerang wasn't included in it. Even Nick GAS was in my cable package and that had very few shows on it (I mainly just recall that channel airing Legends of the Hidden Temple) Also, I didn't think you would mention Discovery Kids. I feel weird for feeling nostalgic for that channel, because it wasn't nearly as popular as Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, or Disney Channel and I don't see people getting nostalgic for it that much. I wasn't much of a live action guy as a kid, but I loved the cartoons on it, like Kenny the Shark, Tutenstein, Time Warp Trio, and my favorite, Growing Up Creepie
Awesome video, honestly nice to hear other people's thoughts on their cartoon network experiences. Even though i was born in 2001, i have alot of great memories i lived through myself
I remember the first show I watched on Cartoon Network was The Smurfs, I believe 1997 or 1998. Do you guys remember the first show you watched from this channel?

Happy 30th Anniversary to Cartoon Network. Also, are you working on The Final Part to The Funtastic Legacy of Hanna Barbera?
I’m hoping to get that part out early next year mostly because there’s something special I want to put in the episode
@@47Cartoonguy Oh, Okay.
So you don't like total drama as it a parody of survivor and reality tv
