@MLTHubwithkamran sir b line cortisol refarance 5-to 25, my count is 11, after synatchin 60 minute refarance is 18+ My Result is 14.5, Acth ok. Pth ok, calcium ok, Uric acid 8.5 refarance 7.2 phosphuras 1.5 refarance 2.5 to 4. Creatinine 1.4, refarance 1.3. I'm used to with clonazepam and propranonol since last one year. Do you think Thease medication effect my synatchin test. My bottom line cortisol is excellent. Pth is 58 refarance 60. Tsh was fall in 0.13 refarance 0.3 to 4. Now tsh ok. Is that a temporarry adrenal insufficiency.
These drugs have no significant association with adrenal insufficiency. But your uric acid is high, creatinine is on borderine, phosphorus is low, TSH is low, that is hyperthyroidism, you should talk to a general physician about these lab values.

I'm wondering about something. If I could get some advice. I am having a blood cortisol test AM and PM. If i come home after the AM test and sleep for 2 hours, would that affect the PM test results? Thanks for any help that could be offered
insomnia and other forms of sleep deprivation cause your body to secrete more cortisol during the day. So sleep will not effect your pm cortisol level

Thats just the normal diurnal variation of body. Cortisol is naturally high in the morning so that you can kickstart your day effectively. And lower at night so that you can retire into bed easily.
