Thanks for making this video. I was so confused about rental car to Udo from other videos, your explanation about rental car restriction does help and clear things up, makes my planning to Jeju easier in October, thank you :)
Hi Yong 👋🏻 thanks for making this informative video! I’m planning to visit Jeju but I can’t drive. I’ve watched your video on some travel tips on Jeju and I wonder if you could make another video about how to navigate Jeju using buses or taxis for those who can’t drive. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
When I went to Jeju last year, I did want to visit Udo and try the peanut flavoured ice cream. However, Jeju has plenty to offer. South Koreans are lucky as they have the opportunity to travel over for short visits at a time which would allow a trip to Udo.
udoship.com is the website. It’s in Korean so you run google translator. Also, it seems like they post ‘cancel notice’ a bit late. So the best way is to call them in the morning to find out if the boat is running or cancelled. I am not to sure if they speak English 😭
Can I check if the round-trip ticket does not have a specific ferry time that you have to stick to? e.g. as long as I have a ticket, I can take 10am, 11am, 12pm (any time) ferry to Udo? And any time ferry back (as long as I catch the last ferry)?

Sure! I will look into it ;)

Yeah, it's hard to visit Udo if you are just visiting Jeju for short time. But like you said, Jeju has plenty to see!
Thank you for this! Do you know where to go online in the morning to confirm the ferry is running? It was too windy tidy so boats were cancelled.
