The causes of echo in the ear are numerous including sinus infection, ear wax build-up, ototoxic medication, middle ear infection, and noise damage just to name a few. Each of those requires different treatment. Have you been to the doctor recently?
@@Sound_Relief_Tinnitus_Hearing Yes , doctor gave me medicine for 4 months and refer me to audiologist for PTA test , test was normal I told audiologist that tinnitus don't hurt much but some voice's which are not loud only those hurts include loud voice's too only some times , audiologist only told me to avoid headphones and loud music How will I get to knew that my ear need any type of therapy ?
