Delicious Arabian One Pot Bukhari Rice Recipe
Ingredients
7spicemix
Clove powder 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Other
Rice 3 cups, washed and soaked for at least 1 hour
Oil 3/4 cup
Onion 1 big, sliced
Chicken 1 to 1.5 kg on bones
Tomatoes 3 big, chopped
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carrots 2 big, julienne cut
Chicken cube 1
7spicemix 2 tsp or more
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon power 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Water 4-5 cups
Raisins 1 cup (kishmish)
Grated carrot 1.5 cup
Desi ghee 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4-5
