I am always so impressed by Jacques Pepin ability to cook 3 separate dishes to perfection in 20 t0 25 minutes with such apparent ease. He is a true professional. Much respect!
Chris...these are about 30 years old but because he is a nine time Michelin Chef he has a beautiful touch and a gentle approach. Just love him and have watched him over the past 30 years.
When he jokes about missing a spot on purpose while buttering the gratin dish, you can hear laughter in the background from the production team. Priceless.
Love how a master can even learn from a simple question "why?"
I love watching him put these meals together. And when he says his catchphrase.... "Happy Cooking". I've ALWAYS been happy when I cook. Whether it's for myself, or when I had to stay with Mom. I love cooking for my family.
Cleans up after every step. Chef is the best. A joy to watch
You watch some cooking channels to, maybe, repeat the recipe. You watch this man for the beauty of cooking.
Chef Pepin is such a delight to watch. Thank you for posting these.
He makes it look so easy and he goofs up so elegantly. Like the master he is.
I love to watch him cook and listen to his accent. My husband went to culinary school in Colorado and used to cook like this. Brings back memories.
The master. The absolute best. The incomparable Jacques Pépin!
"Just present it on the side that looks the best ... there's no rules for that ... " Jaques Pepin
Major life advice coming out of Pepin's kitchen today ....
one of my three favorite chefs, who make incredible dishes with simple techniques and ingredients. happy cooking, chef pepin!
Who are the other two?
A true classic recipe from the master himself
My favorite thing about Jacques is that he skillfully demystifies classic techniques. I’ve learned so much from him it’s insane. He helped increase my food knowledge.
I love this amazing man. Jacques is truly a legend❤️
Yes, I have all its cookbooks
And this precious man is a nine time awarded Michelin Chef. So sweet and humble and authentic.
A culinairy legend learning from his daughter, love that.
Incredibly perfected souffle-making technique. Very inspiring.
The last souffle I made was chefs moms Mamans souffle recipe, it was wonderful. And the sunbaked strawberries kind of remind me of when he made sundried tomatoes a similar way.
Fantastic meal. Happy Summer! 😊👋
I remember him cooking something it looked sooo good. I wanted to jump through the TV
He makes everything so simple…I have learned so much from him.
Want to try the spinach, ham and cheese soufflé. Look delicious Chef Pepin

The Legend.

Very good Sir!!!

He could cook a leather shoe & it's better than 99% of all other cooking shows
👍👍👍👍👍
Copper bowls hit different 😅
Yummy copper 😅
What year was that ?
I love you too 😋❤🥰🥰
😘
I thought he was cooking outside?
More butterfat!!
Why peel!?
All is well until he starts speaking of nutrition, which he is not well prepared to talk about.....really, he is pretty wonderful!
He must have numb hands. He picks hot food directly up off the grill and stuff!
You get that from working in the service industry. It's a mark of pride and respect among known chefs.
Unusually sloppy!
