    I am always so impressed by Jacques Pepin ability to cook 3 separate dishes to perfection in 20 t0 25 minutes with such apparent ease. He is a true professional. Much respect!

      Chris...these are about 30 years old but because he is a nine time Michelin Chef he has a beautiful touch and a gentle approach. Just love him and have watched him over the past 30 years.

    When he jokes about missing a spot on purpose while buttering the gratin dish, you can hear laughter in the background from the production team. Priceless.

    I love watching him put these meals together. And when he says his catchphrase.... "Happy Cooking". I've ALWAYS been happy when I cook. Whether it's for myself, or when I had to stay with Mom. I love cooking for my family.

    I love to watch him cook and listen to his accent. My husband went to culinary school in Colorado and used to cook like this. Brings back memories.

    My favorite thing about Jacques is that he skillfully demystifies classic techniques. I’ve learned so much from him it’s insane. He helped increase my food knowledge.

    The last souffle I made was chefs moms Mamans souffle recipe, it was wonderful. And the sunbaked strawberries kind of remind me of when he made sundried tomatoes a similar way.
