She's broken the law here, I watched a few minutes of this. She's coercing minors to perform for her...then exposes herself to them. This is child endangerment, abuse, malicious behavior towards a minor....how she's not been arrested/jailed and is not registered as an offender, is beyond me. I couldn't watch the entire video.....
