    In this video we take a side by side look at 60/40 and 70/30 High Quality Beamsplitter Glass that is used in Teleprompters to reflect back the script.
    We also display a competitors low quality 70/30 glass with High Iron content - it shows how your image can suffer.

    wtf 60% is less than 70% there is no way it would be brighter.

      Well, 60% is getting into the camera (so what the camera sees is duller), but the cueing being reflected IS brighter (40% is more than 30%). Though, it looks like either a mix up in footage, or that the exposure difference was possibly due to ISO change or something in camera. *shrug* Point is, 60/40 is going to be less bright footage with brighter cues than 70/30.

      That is the amount of Light that goes through the glass and is allowed into the Lens, so it is reverse of how you are thinking. 60/40 is a Brighter image for your Talent, 70/30 is not as bright of an image but allows more light through to the Lens. We offer both 60/40 and 70/30 and our Glass is Prime Made American Beamsplitter, the same quality as a higher end camera filter like ones you would find at Schneider.
