A large construction company in the Gulf region was facing major challenges while operating their safety management system (mostly excel based). They needed to manage data centrally for all their project sites and diverse businesses - both on site as well as in their head office. Primarily, there was no central data structure & KPIs for measuring the overall safety operations’ performance. Besides this, there were many procedural, administrative and communication challenges as well.
