    If you want your punch to be better keep elbow closer to your body, extend your hand at the end, but do not hyperextend. Your hip rotation and foot work are good.

      Facts. Guys a salty hater who can’t take constructive criticism and only likes comments who praise his punch. That’s why he didn’t like your comment.

      What about those who do muay Thai

    • @filipcesnjak2944
      @filipcesnjak2944 Год назад +4

      @@xstbrutalblood this applies to all striking martial arts, in Muay thai when you use elbows your footwork should be the same, use hip rottation, natuarly your elbows can not be at your side since you are striking with them, but in before and after of elbow strike your elbows are close to your body, you can distant your elbows from your body if you whant to lure the strikes to your ribs and liver and if you have your body conditoned to take in those strikes only to counter them, but in general you keep your elbows close to your body, you use footwork and hip rottation to generate power and you extend your hand to deliver a strike 👊

    I've been using many of these techniques and principles for years. But I've never been able to fully and effectively explain why I did the things I did, in the manner I did them. You break things down very well. Lucid and coherent. Right on

      What makes Khabib unique when it comes to his physical conditioning is his strenght endurance, so you may want to work on that
      But he and the many other dagestani fighters trained and competed in wrestling from a very young age, he looks so strong when grappling because his technique is near perfection
