@@xstbrutalblood this applies to all striking martial arts, in Muay thai when you use elbows your footwork should be the same, use hip rottation, natuarly your elbows can not be at your side since you are striking with them, but in before and after of elbow strike your elbows are close to your body, you can distant your elbows from your body if you whant to lure the strikes to your ribs and liver and if you have your body conditoned to take in those strikes only to counter them, but in general you keep your elbows close to your body, you use footwork and hip rottation to generate power and you extend your hand to deliver a strike 👊

Not really but i think it depends mostly of the exercise itself and the form
i love how he gave a reason for why he was having trouble doing excercise too when no1 asked bc im pretty sure no1 is questioning him 😂😂
