Q: Why did you use this character for this cover?
A: The I Hate You creepypasta involves a jealous Luigi hating his brother and teams up with the main antagonist to defeat him. While the WWMH comic involves Tails' becoming a tyrant due to bullying. Their concepts are same in which the sidekicks are against the main protagonist until they ended up dying in the end of the story.
Sonic and Tails, a friendship that share a brotherly bond towards each other in the franchise. But what if I tell you a story where the two didn't meet each other, what would happen to Tails' life? He would suffer from bullying and becoming a tyrant to destroy the world to show how special he is. Years later, Sonic confronted Tails and eventually engaged in a fight to death.

Mario's Madness is a mod directed by Marco Antonio The mod is centered around Mario.EXE; a creepier version of Mario from a well-known piece of artwork from DeviantArt. It also features a few other appearances from other official and unofficial horror-based Mario characters.
