Gents, how about investments in "commercial property" in the sense of not being "residential property"...e.g. fractional shares in "mall type" properties etc... With residential property we are dealing with people...and with commercial property, we are dealing with contracts...big difference...just to mention one...thank you.
Great point you making, but I think that's in easy properties strategy pipeline. As the CEO said, they are starting small, which I believe is a smart way of starting out....
For some reason I do not have the option to activate easy properties in my account instead the only other option available is an Australian Based /AUD.What am I missing ?
Thank you for the great information and I really enjoy EE and how you are run :D. Can't wait to start. I am in for the long run. what is your twitter profile for the properties.
You can sell you shares during an auction :) - check out our FAQ support.easyproperties.co.za/support/solutions/articles/13000085803-basics-about-auctions
It's not going to be easy to answer that and they would be guessing if they told you a specific number, can only give you an estimate. You need to pay an additional 1% fee at the start of the IPO, then pay 0.6% per year in fees. You still need to pay Dividend Tax on top of that AND you pay a 1.5% fee when you decide to buy or sell more of these properties. Those are a lot of fees with no indication of what your return will be.
@@1212-i3j People will not reply because no portfolio/fund is the same and it pays different ,u have to go educate yourself as a beginner, NO one here will educate u as this takes time and when u take the time to educate yourself make 100% sure u can calculate the fees.
The property market is not looking good at all in South Africa after COVID and the the land question keeps popping up ,I personally think if we have to put money in the South African market/s we will lose . People educate yourselves and see how some analysts and the news are lying to us.
pls explain to me.Any property can only be worth an X amount. so you use peoples money to buy the property. How do people then make money out of this investment? I.O.W sometimes in the future you are going to hit the ceiling as to speak. pls explain in common language.
Don't ever invest your money with easy properties of on the property for the past year it's still not eligible for option a friend of mine told me that he has owned the property for the past two years which has not been eligible for auction never mind the fact that the property that I own the Monroe have not earned dividends for please do reach out to me so I can share my evidence
thank you guys for making investing "easy'' for us
I think it would be nice if somewhere on the platform it shows what percentage you own in a specific property.. even if its 0.0000001% :)
1 share is 1 rand, if i invest 10 000 in 2million rand property then i own 0.5%.
Such an exciting way to diversify my investment portfolio! Well done Easy team!
Much thanks. I like the transparency and honesty in details that you give. That's is much appreciated.
Thank you for your invitation on your platform keep making it amazing and always growing LOVE IT!

If I plan to buy property shares during an auction?? How much on estimate would I get them for??
Hi Lungani, it all depends. For every buyer there has to be a seller. So it depends what's available on the market (who is selling and for what price)
Is this opportunity still available??
I cnt wait to get started 😊😊
Thank you, cant wait to start.
