Whenever I listen to music like this I imagine myself floating in space and I'll choose different planets to float to. Or sometimes I'll do an underwater theme. Where I'm swimming further and further down into the ocean, witnessing blue whales and discovering different sea creatures as I go deeper and deeper. You wouldn't believe how much it helps you to forget all your thoughts. Try it and let me know how it went. I hope you all sleep well my fellow night owls.

I’ve been listening to this for the past month or so every time i go to sleep. It’s nice and calming and dark enough for it won’t bother me too much. :)
I traveled home early December to visit my family but had to stay in a hotel. This helped settle me at night and I've been listening every night since.
Normally its hard for me to start writing my books, but in the morning i turn on this and it feels like five min have passed when im already done with a 10 page chapter 🙂

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

I had a dream I am alive after end of the planet earth. Surrounded by white-yellow light, I didn't have body but I could feel, see, hear.. Cannot describe how feelings I HAD. This was one of many dreams beyond reasonable. THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WERE THOSE I CANNOT EXPLAIN WITH WORDS OF MOTHER EARTH. LOVE YOU ALL.
