I love your attitude towards this year with self empowerment and embracing who you are
When I decided to lose weight I was so lost, I didn't know where to start and my dad gave me this tip, he told me I shouldn't eat carbs at night. Literally the best advice ever! I'm not saying you can't eat carbs during the day but removing them from your dinner is super effective for fat loss (at least for me). Also portion control is KEY. I hope you'll consider trying this Patrick, anything to help my queen, I love you!

I would say to make changes slowly. Try to drink one more glass of water, say no to soda, fill your plate with more greens. I found that it was so much easier to make tiny changes and not overwhelm yourself too much. It’s HARD to be healthy but slowly incorporating a healthy mindset makes it so much more manageable. MyFitnessPal is great! AND treat yo self once in a while!!!

to lose weight cut out sodas!! only drink water or any other drink that doesn’t have caffeine and a lot of calories!! my mom does this and it works so well! also just go to the gym and even just walk for an hour and it works so well!! xoxo

I'm gonna try to work on my eye makeup technique more this year. I wear a full face of makeup almost everyday besides eye shadows. I just can't seem to get the right technique down. But you're right! It wipes right off 😋 Pussycat!
I know it's become so cliche, but the Keto diet worked really well for me! I was able to lose about 50 pounds in 6 months, and I've been able to maintain the loss for another 4 months. I know it's SO hard to lose weight, it took me about 4 years to actually work for it, but it's really one of those things where the hardest part is starting. Pretty much after you get through the first month, it becomes second nature and you won't even miss the things that were so unhealthy to you. Whether you look into the keto diet or not, I wish you the best! Just stay strong and know that you're working for health and happiness, not just to look pretty ❤

You are such an inspiration. But one tip I’ve learned it that if you stay busy and happy and try not to stress out, it helps. A lot. When you’re doing other things you don’t think about eating and then when you do eat you want something healthy to accommodate your busy schedule to have energy and keep going. Hope this helps. First, I LOVE this makeup except for the exaggerated top lip. Second, you do NOT talk too much; I love to hear the chatter. Lastly, I have started 20-minute strolls in malls in order to lose weight this year. It was harder at first than it is now and I have incentive to lose some pounds: I have a written-down goal to toss, in January, 2020, ALL the clothes that do not fit me and I have gorgeous blouses which are one size too small. I have also slashed sugar and dairy from the diet and I drink 8 glasses of water each day. So, good luck to you.

@@hydraf1141 Yes, I did toss the blouses and the weight is coming off very slowly with what is a lifestyle change rather than a diet & exercise regime.
S Douglas BABE i’m literally on the same page as you - 15 kilos off quite quickly and then since jan i’ve only lost about 4 more kilos... I have about 5 kgs more to lose until I hit my goal weight. They say its bound to get super slow as you approach your goal
