No kitchen on a race boat, all you have is a jetfoil, to boil water really fast to rehydrate freeze-dried packages of food. Lyophilise & Co. in Lorient has a wide variety of really tasty ones, that’s where Jay went to buy all his food for his Mini Transat race. For breakfast and snacks he went to Biocoop-LaBelzSaison a supermarket which offers great bio products.
