- Mardi Gras is one of the largest party celebrations in New Orleans, the major city of the state of Louisiana. Bourbon Street is a center of this nightlife and people get down big time to party. Mardi Gras is a festival you don't want to miss, something that lasts for a week with parades, endless cultural events and music, and lots of partying, it's something that should definitely be on your bucket list. New Orleans is not really a Cheap Charlie destination, especially not during Mardi Gras, but it definitely has the Walking Street and party vibe going on. It's a great city overall with lots of character. Would love to see it again one day during non festival times.
I love nola. Everyone is just having a bomb ass time. You could literally run dead smack into someone and because you guys are both drunk you just end up taking pictures or making sure the other is okay🤣🤣🤣 I never had a problem. Even the locals are cool granted they've seen so many mardi gras it's a regular event for them
totally agree. Going for my 3rd mardi gras in a few weeks, and can't wait. as you said, people are there to have a good time. Never had one problem.
I'd definitely like to go back there and see the city again.

As an American who hasn't been home in 4 years now.. It's' very disturbing to see this footage, holy cellulite city.. Just imagine the attention an average "Walking Street" gal would get on "Bourbon Street",.

I saw and met many ladies while live-streaming for 3 days straight on the streets and I thought they were all nice and pleasant.
Cheap Charlie Chronicles Very good. Some that I saw in the video appeared angry to me. In Asia the girls are always smiling and act happy to see you. I am a white guy too and I have lived in Los Angeles all my long life! I see the difference in the faces because that is what I look for the most. I am heading to Asia in the future to live out the rest of my life. I want to be surrounded by happy people so I am going to PH where every one is smiling and friendlier compared to here in the states. I am glad you found everyone to be enjoyable. Like your videos. It can be dangerous there, many people will offer you drugs and working girls, partaking is very risky. What ever you do don't talk sht to the security dudes they will jump your ass quick. As long as your respectful and keep your nose clean no one will mess with you
Sometimes there are fights and sometimes there are shootings, so just have an idea of how you will respond should that happen or stay away …there is at least one every couple years on Bourbon St.
