Bud's Salads: An Inside Look

As we prepared for the unveiling of our brand new Fall Menu, we were welcomed by the Bud's Salads team to tour their wonderful facility and see where all the magic happens!
We were thrilled to get a behind the scenes look at how Bud's Salads works to provide, freshly cut, and personalized fruit and vegetable blends to incorporate into our menus. From walking through all of their food safety protocols to seeing first hand how the ingredients are sourced and cut, it was wonderful to get a clear picture of how these tasty ingredients find their way to our residents' plates.
